This year especially has been one of difficulty for our team. We have navigated much change throughout the year we a new name, new offices, new clients, and though this has brought incredible excitment it has equally brought challenges. There has been much training with our new team, amongst building relationships with our new rental providers and renters. At times some muddy waters, but I'm so proud beyond words of how the team has stayed positive, resilient, agile, and most importantly open to learning no matter what came up. I have drawn gratitude from these values and the feedback that our clients share with us.
